Submit a basic application. They hire anyone with a pulse, so as long as you call back you should be fine. When called in, you will be given a variety of tests, few of which are pertinent to the job, including a pointless math test (the job never requires math skills). Knowing 24-hour time is a bonus. Interview is you with usually two people in a conference room. Questions are totally generic to any job you've ever replied for. Don't admit you're disorganized or dirty, come well dressed, answer sincerely, and there is little to worry about.

I first took a test on a computer that asked basic questions about my personality and work life, etc. For the second round of interviewing, I met with three managers, and they asked me a series of extremely bizarre questions, and then went on to ask me why I answered a certain way on the test I took, but cited incorrect examples. They either were looking at someone else's responses or trying to trick me.
