Are you aware of our core values? Went through every single core value and described what it means and how it aligned to my own values.
10-15 minute phone screen- I was asked why I am changing jobs. I was then asked to explain how I would approach an example patient scenario. After passing the initial phone screen, I had an in office interview.
Very flexible and attentive to individual needs and requests for benefits, on top of providing a competitive starting pay for the area. Seems like a great employer with lots of opportunities to grow!
