8 minute phone interview and the last minute was me asking questions....what a waste of time. Why contact me for an interview. No explanation of the company or the position in the interview either. They said in the email that they chose another candidate but the job posting has been up for over a month since I got an interview...

Applied on a Friday, and got a response on Monday to do a phone interview. We did a phone interview on Tuesday and t lasted about 15 minutes. Easy going interview, asked me about 4-5 questions. Got an email back 2 days later saying they were impressed but that I didn't make a match. (I think it's because I asked for more than they were willing to pay).
