Interview 1 - The guy had an attitude problem, he gave an aura like he knows everything, and made me feel like everything I say is incomplete. Such was his attitude problem, that at the end of the interview, I politely told him that I am feeling very thirsty, his response in an arrogant manner was, 'this is water only' pointing towards a half full bottle(and I obviously didn't want to drink from a stray bottle) and just left the room.
Interview 2 - This guy was sweet and very friendly. I answered all the questions to the best of my ability, so this interview went pretty good.
Interview 3 - This one was with the CTO, pretty humble guy, asked me more about design methodologies and practices, this one also went well.
Now after this they had a coding practice scheduled in the office premises only but I didn't have all day so they gave that problem for home.
I got that problem and started working on it in evening after reaching home, but somethings were not clarified, so I mailed the HR, she looped in the technical panel, but nobody replied to my questions. I waited for a few days and mailed again, still no answer. I called my recruiter, ask them what's the deal, she said there is no problem, CTO is very interested in you, just wait sometime. I waited a few more days ,still no reply.
In the end I never got the reply, but atleast they could have communicated instead of showing this unprofessionalism which they expect from candidates.
