Unfortunately, my experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. I received a job offer, resigned from my previous role in good faith, and then had the offer rescinded before my start date. This was not only unprofessional, but I felt that this was deeply unethical. As someone early in my career, this left me in a very difficult position. I am now unemployed and unable to return to my previous employer, as I’m viewed as a flight risk for trying to work for a competitor (fabletics). The lack of accountability and care in how this was handled after the fact as well was honestly … shocking. I strongly encourage HR to reevaluate its hiring practices. No candidate should ever be put in this position :( It has real consequences on people’s lives.
