The entire process took 4 weeks and start date was 4 weeks after acceptance. Background check and drug screening. I was able to negotiate my salary and increase base rate by 20%. Don't take the first offer. They low-balled me and I made them pay me my worth. I know my value.

I got an email from HR, for a phone interview. The HR interview was very general about my interests and background. Later I was called onsite and interviewed with the R&D and quality teams. There were several technical questions.
