I would not recommend attending this interview process without first confirming the eligibility criteria. Candidates were invited to attend in person in Hyderabad, but emails seeking clarification went unanswered. The job description suggested that candidates from equivalent backgrounds could apply; however, after waiting for hours, several applicants with technical and analytical backgrounds were informed that only finance graduates were being considered. One HR representative stated that candidates received invites simply because they applied, despite not meeting the actual criteria. The lack of communication, transparency, and respect for candidates' time made this one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I have encountered.

There is a pannel interview which consists of two members. In that one member is team lead and another is manager. From two members, one member mostly asks about the resume and another person is asks about the core finance and accounting concepts
