Efficient HR from Japan. First Stage was an online assessment (Finance, Excel, Math, Verbal). Heard back from them within 5 days and then had 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews were very congenial; both personality and technical finance questions so do prepare finance knowledge before the interview.
