Before she called me, I've already done with my Manager's Interview with another department. At that time, though there's no feedback yet, she already asked me if I am open in taking interview for same role but another department in case my applicate isn't successful. She again reached out to me, and that time I already received a feedback from my previous interview and that I didn't make it. So we continue the interview process for the same role but with other department. She reached out and provided updates regularly. She assisted me un to my onboarding.
