It was a two-step process. Both interviewers are very friendly and approachable which makes the one-on-one less intense and more conversational. They laid down the typical 9-to-5 (or in my case late shift), so work expectations and initial output are cleared out from the very start. Then, they asked simple, yet categorical questions that will allow them to know your thought process and attitude towards work. They're quite generous with the benefits which really excited me since it's geared towards employee welfare and growth.
It was a pretty quick initial interview. The interviewer asked a bit about myself then explained the working set up and schedules for training. The next part, the interviewer asked some basic technical questions about finance and accounting.

I received a call from the HR department regarding the role and salary details. The hiring process consisted of two rounds: the first with two team leaders and the second with the manager. The entire process was completed over two days.
