The interview process for the Research Analyst - Benchmarks position involves a three-stage evaluation. It begins with a 60-minute online examination, assessing technical skills and knowledge. This is followed by a 30-minute HR interview to discuss career goals, relevant experience, and cultural fit. Finally, a 60-minute panel interview with subject matter experts will evaluate strategic thinking, problem-solving, and technical expertise, after which candidates will receive notification of the outcome.

firstly hacker rank assessment, if you qualify after 10 to 15 days will get a mail for technical interview.
after the interview you will know the result by afternoon.
the technical round majorly focuses on financial concepts.
Online Exam, then initial interview with the hr, and lastly panel interview. Exam was more about on financial statements. They will immediately tell you if you pass the interview or not. The HR was nice, but sadly I didn't get the role.

Interview runs very smoothly but the concern was the company looks the education background rather then skills and proficiency in that domine. So please change that remaining all are ok. They did like friendly
