Initial phone screen with Fahrenheit, just to get basic feel of background. Phone interview with potential employer to drill down a little deeper, and explain a little bit about what they had going on and their need for filling the role. In person interview with employer to meet and interview with the team, a chance to get to know one another and see if the personality would be a good fit.
