Super easy first interview with the president of the company. Asked mostly questions about yourself, and talked vaguely about the company. It was more of a personality thing. If he likes you, he will invite you to another interview where you will shadow a current representative at a retail store, and also go to a small place like Starbucks or Panera to sit down and talk. That's where you find the details of the company, and also again an opportunity to get to know you to see if you'd fit. If they approve then, you will get a call and offer!

I applied online through Handshake and got a call from HR a few days later asking for an interview. I interviewed at their place first with the boss himself. He just asked basic interview questions. I got through the interview and turns out there will be a second interview which I got. The second interview was basically meeting a team leader and going to Starbucks nearby to talk about what Fair Dinkum does and how each positions work. The team leader showed me the pay for each position and how to move up. Afterwords the team leader and I visited one of the Walmarts they retail at and asked if I have any questions or concerns. That's the end of the second interview. The next step is waiting if they want to take you on as an Account Rep and getting a call from the boss or not.
