Colloquio
Three interviews in total. First was over the phone, second was in person with the VP, third was in person with the president of the company. There was about a week in between interviews.

Construction experience and knowledge testing questions, reviewed project portfolio... really just a conversation about construction in the Lower Mainland. It was definitely a job interview, just conducted in a less traditional way. I enjoyed the process... took the edge off and broke the ice.
