The interview process was nice, but unfortunately short. I spoke with an HR rep who asked me a few questions that weren't pertained to the position, but she was nice and pleasant to talk to. She set up a second phone interview with the department manager. He seemed pretty disinterested as soon as I said hello. He asked similar questions to the HR rep and clearly had not even looked over my resume. I explained by knowledge of analyzing data and working with clients, my advance degree, but it was like he was looking for me to say some unknown key word to advance to the next round. He wasn't rude but it just seemed like he had better things to be doing. The interview lasted less than 15 minutes, then I ask him a few questions. He then advise HR would contact me on what the next step would be, which I took as he was afraid to tell me I would not be moving to the next phase of the process. His people skills were surprisingly nonexistent. I could be wrong but I doubt I will be hearing back from HR based on all the reviews I have read.

I had a phone interview with HR and then I came in person for a series of interviews. Some were with team leaders and one I was asked to do a sample task looking at a printed out sheet of some data. After the in person round of interviews I was told that if I moved to the next round I would meet with the CEO. I was never contacted about scheduling the next round nor to indicate that they had gone in another direction, which I found highly unprofessional after an in person interview (this has never happened to me at any other company).
