I applied online and got an email 5 minutes later saying to come in to fill out a physical application. It was an easy interview. Walked into the manager's office and she asked me stupid questions. The next day, they called and offered me the job.

The Joliet North location’s manager is very chatty so it will likely run long so be prepared for that, but otherwise it is a fairly easy interview as long as you show up and make a good impression.
