The interview process for this company was ridiculous and I had to take a few months before I left a review because of how angry I was by the end of it. I was referred by recruiter that I previously worked with I don't even care if they see this review and know who I am. They drug me along for 6 months even though multiple times I said that it didn't seem like it was the right time for them they insisted that they wanted to move forward with me as a candidate. They will go 2 to 3 weeks without contacting me or saying absolutely anything to me and then out of nowhere they would email me and say that they were ready for the next steps and then ghost me for another two to three weeks before setting up the next interview. Again multiple times I would tell them just never mind but they would essentially beg me to continue interviewing. Everybody was really cool and down to earth which is why I was really bummed when after the sixth interview that they had me prepare a presentation for. Which they recorded they called me and told me that they were freezing hiring and going with someone internal. I felt completely insulted and felt that they have possibly used me to get my ideas and knew all along that they weren't going to hire me or that my salary requirements could no longer should be met as it seemed to let the majority of the issue with why the process was taking so long was that they could not get the budget approved. The only reason that I even stayed in the interview process that long is because I was directly referred by the recruiter and I did not want to make her look bad. The recruiter saw me out I did not apply for the role she came looking and asking for me. So I thought that it would be very bad if I just insisted that we be done. But in the future I will stick to my guns. The interviews were not hard at all but this company does not seem to have it together.
