They Asked about previous experience helping customer based clients, upselling, any experience in sales and cash handling. They also asked about an instance where I had an issue arise at wok and how did I resolve it

I applied for the MSR position and quickly received an email to complete an online test. A couple of days later I received an email fron HR associate to have a quick phone conversartion, we set it up and after we finished talking we set up an interview for the next day. I had my interview and she forwarded my info to the branch to which I was applying. Management contacted me within a couple of days and we set up a second interview. I met with 3 different managers at the same time, interview was very easy and laid back and they were really nice. It felt more like casual conversation, but I could tell at that moment I wouldn't be hired. Anyways, the process went smoothly and they contacted me the next day to let me know I wasn't elected. Props to them for keeping me on the know until the end!
