I took the interview at falabella - Bangalore. Currently they don't have an office space in Bangalore. There is no such interview process that they follow. And i even wonder if the interviewer atleast knows to take an interview. Interviewer just asked me about the current projects and not much technical questions. Then they ask you to write an entire react and redux component for a given scenario in a piece of paper. I still wonder how could some one write an entire coding in a piece of paper. No idea on how they evaluate people without technical questions being asked on the concepts. More over, the interviewer was least bothered in the answers given and was in his own world. Please don't waste candidates time and energy if you don't have a proper process or if you are planning to hire only on refferals .
