Falck normally holds the interview at the headquarters (Petaluma Station). The interview process is fairly simple. They normally hold group interviews where there are 3 stations. Stations include Oral interview in the office with 2-3 managers, going into a rig with on duty EMTs for vitals demonstration, and the weight lift test. The weight lift test requires you to lift 3 sets of weights from the floor to 3 separate boxes. After the interview, should hear a response in a week.
