Interview and hiring process was very typical. Nothing really out of the norm and unexpected. Management and staff were very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable walking into the interview and even more comfortable and relaxed walking out afterwards. The environment and culture has changed quite a bit, which stems almost entirely from personnel at another office. Taking that into consideration, the stress has risen at this location causing personalities to slightly change, affecting the overall mood/vibe of the office/location. But all personnel working there, management included, are outstanding and will have your back so do not let any initial feeling or reaction sway your decision.
