The interview process was lengthy and for my final interview, I was asked to drive an hour and a half one way during the week to accommodate the interview panel. The hiring manager also requested that I call her several times after the interviews then wouldn't answer her phone or she would tell me she was busy. It was confusing but I was also working through a recruiter so maybe there was a bit of "telephone" going on. I was a final candidate for the position and when I told the hiring manager about my desire to return to school to further my education, her demeanor changed drastically. I was not chosen after sharing this info.
