Short, under the radar of HR, and therefore not as structured as normal, but not as long either. Fast decisions over sound process. As I understood it, the process would normally be through HR. Then it would consist of 1-2 interviews, with General Manger or HR representatives and a specialist in what ever field you apply to work in.

There are 2 rounds of interviews: 1. Phone interview by HR to get some basic information from your resume. 2. Hiring manager interview with some behavior questions based on your resume.

Straight to interview with three different people from the M&A team. Very conversational on eye level. Few technical questions. Be prepared to get tested on language skills though. Interview took about 30 min.
