I only went in for the initial interview. The didn't take any paperwork or anything. It was just a chat session. They called me the next day and offered for me to come in and take the test for employment. They told me that the previous days interview was strictly to determine if I was a personality fit for the position.

The interview consists of about 6-8 planned out questions and a test that includes writing, reading and basic math questions. You will interview with a store manager, district manager and regional manager.

They always ask the same questions- 1st job, family life, hobbies, greatest achievement, turning point in your life, 5 year plan, and mentor in your life. Your 1st interview through you're final interview will comprise of these questions. Make sure to come in professional attire. So not wear jeans unless you want to fail the interview.
