Upon consideration for the position (by the current GM of the store you apply to), you interview with the store manager first. Then you have to pass a test - which is basically an intelligence test, and should be fairly easy to pass. Upon passing this test, you meet with the DM and have an interview. After this point, you will meet with the RM. For potential candidates, I would highly recommend being all smiles and bubbly personality on the days you interview, as it was my experience that FV is looking for this type of personality.

The interview consists of about 6-8 planned out questions and a test that includes writing, reading and basic math questions. You will interview with a store manager, district manager and regional manager.
