Questions were too vague, without being given an overall company goal, how are you supposed to answer questions? I just went with the assumption keep the customer happy. I think for people who have managed teams and businesses would have a difficult time answering basic customer service questions because they've been dealing with customer service for so long that its just second nature to them. Its like asking an educated adult how do you be an adult.

Pretty easy to get in.. I don’t think they interviewed me they just gave me an assessment and hired me very thankful for the opportunity to work within this atmosphere
Great even though I was nervous and it was a group interview and it wasn’t even my first interview but it is what I think it will be and I’m sure that I can get through this.
