What a waste of time. I went through multiple rounds of interviews and lead a 45 minutes presentation. The hiring team never followed up with me either way. Grow up. If you have time to interview someone you have time to email them and let them know about the status of their application. It is just rude to ghost job seekers.

The recruiter didn't seem to understand much about the PM role. The scope of work was unclear, and the intended impact of the product was also unclear. The phone screen felt like a one-way interview instead of two because the recruiter only understood the project that they were hiring for on a high level.
