Screening was great. Interview with Hiring Manager was nice, but I was later rejected for not having enough IaC experience - which was surprising as in the interview this portion felt like it went really well, and I offered to go into more depth across my experience if he wanted. If it wasn't enough from the start this could have been screened out at the CV stage? This has left me feeling less pleasant about the interview experience.
