The interview process is a phone screening, zoom interview with hiring manager, onsite visit. Possibly more rounds beyond the onsite visit. I was moved forward to the third round and supposed to have an onsite visit but the recruiter insisted on getting in touch with the hiring manager about my situation (I would be flying in for the interview) to the point where two weeks past without any update or communication. I would have preferred her to just give me a date to show up and I would have made it work. When the recruiter finally got back to me she just said that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I assume it got to a point where all the other candidates already had their interviews and the hiring manager just wanted to fill the position asap.
