Phone discussion scheduled for Quality Engineer-III profile. It went very well and recruiter seemed to be interested in my profile all through the discussion. It was a discussion of past experience and domain skills. After one week, there was no communication for next stage even after following up.
A piece of advice to recruiter: Give a feedback if you are proceeding with candidate for next round or not. An email with feedback will help candidate to move on. No communication even after following up leaves a bad experience with organization culture.
