I applied online, after 1 day the interviewer called for the initial interview. Luckily i passed the initial onterview, however i did'nt passed the final interview. I wanted to to reapply after 3 months. Actually i am not well prepared during the inteview that's why I failed.

Had a 30-minute phone interview with the recruiter. Then they informed me I’d do Round 1 interviews. I had two separate interviews. I met with a director in the division I’d partner with as well as my future manager. Then the recruiter informed me I’d have Round 2 interviews with 2 different “clients” I’d serve in my new role. Overall it was a decent mix of “fun” behavioral questions. The whole process moved surprisingly quickly and was two months from application submission to start/effective date. The emails I received throughout were rather lackluster compared to some I’ve received from other companies during the candidate experience.
