Very negative impression, luckily interviews are two-way process. Key points:
1. HR team are Russians and it looks like majority of eng team are Russians as well.
2. The interview process is supposed to be HR screen, Take home, Eng talk, Co-Founder talk.
3. Take home was not very complex to do quick & dirty, but doing it properly can easily take 8-10 hours, which is unreasonably long. Search for "faraway interview" on github, there are few repos with examples with what they ask.
4. The take-home feedback had few constructive comments, however overall I got a strong impression that the "reviewer" has very limited mindset.

Lot of bla-bla-bla about company 1 years old. Recruitor ask for long (more than 6 hours) test task without any guaranty. It seem like SCAM, because test task very usable in their business.
