Received an email and went to the office for an interview the next day- had a group interview with one other candidate and 3 FareHarbor employees. They were very kind, outgoing, and asked fairly standard questions. It was a little bit awkward with the other candidate sitting next to me. We broke off for 1:1 role play exercise and then 1:1 reviewing my fit for the role. I received an offer the same afternoon which seemed really fast. They wanted me to start the following Monday and I was not ready to commit yet. I would have been psyched to work there, however the compensation package is heavily weighted in commission and I wanted (and got) something more stable. They were generous in giving me about two weeks to decide. Overall seems like they're doing really well and I think would attract more AE candidates with better compensation. I also think there's a bit of title inflation- this being my first sales role I think AE is a bit of a stretch, I am now an SDR and that is much better suited to my current level and gives me lots of room to grow.

First interview, warm and positive. Second, Evdoxos Metallinos rudely dismissed me in a B2B roleplay, intentionally misspelling my name. I now hold higher role in another firm but the case needed to be published.

Easy phone and virutral discusssion with hiring manager, also spoke with memebers of the team as well for cultural fit. Option to come in person as well if needed, phone screening was initial point of contact.

What I would do if someone hung up when I called them
standard sales interview, nice people. Got a final interview but decided it wasn't for me, base salary is super low and it's pretty well established so I didn't see a huge amount of upside on the sales team.
