First is a phone interview to make sure you are qualified. Then 1 1/2 hour interview with 4 different employees. Automated email if you don't get the position. In person interview is super awkward because they have all the applicants meet each other and then go into separate rooms. One of the employees did a role playing exercise to see if you can react to different personalities. It was a terrible exercise that does not show if you can genuinely talk to any personality. I felt I interviewed well and one of the employees said they hope I get hired and then I received an automated email saying I did not get it a week later.
Advice: An hour and a half interview? Really? You need that long to see who the right candidate is for the position?

The process from initial recruiter, role play with training staff, and final team meeting was seamless, interactive, and informative. I appreciate the time commitment from all individual contributors to find the right fit which shines highly on FareHarbor's commitment and environment.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: First round was with a recruiter, Second round was with the Account Manager Team, Third Round was a roleplay scenario with a client. Overall a straightforward process. Each round had a variety of questions and quick follow-up.
