I Applied online, a couple of days later I got an e-mail for a phone interview. It took about a week to get an in-person interview at their Denver office. I interviewed with 4 different people, which I thought it went well, I was there for an hour. My first impression of their office was not great. You walk right into a dark call center (there was probably over 100 people cramped in one big room sitting right on top of each other) that looks like a dungeon. So, I knew right away that it wasn't for me, but I did not want to be rude an leave the interview. Not to mention, the office is located by the civic center, which it's surrounded by homeless people. I did not feel safe walking to the entrance of their building, I can't even imagine walking around there for lunch.
