The interview was about two hours. I first talked with a guy who would be my boss about my qualifications of the job. He was super pleasant but formal and asked me typical interview questions. I then talked with a second guy who would be another superior in the department who started off with pretty similar questions, which I didn't mind because we go to discussing different things about the job and the company. He was also very pleasant/formal. A panel of three came in next who I talked with for a bit more about the job. I was required to give them a 10 minute verbal presentation on "how to do ______." I chose to do to a how to of a pasta recipe. I then received a short tour of the office.

Straightforward interview process. It took me 3 weeks to be hired. They ask a lot about previous experiences and open questions on how i would deal eith certain situations. Interview with different roles in the company.
