After this conversation, another interview was scheduled with additional members of the tech support management team via video chat, and they were a pleasure to interview with. The process was transparent, quick, and efficient! Onboarding process is super welcoming as well and I am very happy with everything to date.

Got a first 30min phone call with the recruiter. She explained the position, company culture, schedule and asked basic questions (tell me why you’re a good fit, experience with learning softwares ecc)
After 1 week I got a mail to schedule the second interview.
1h video call with the support team (4 people) everyone was friendly and open to answer my questions. I got multiple prospective from everyone.
I got the offer 2 day after.
