The complete process took Nov 2017 to Dec 2017, approx one month. The interview process was just too lengthy and full of repeated questions. Director Development took the 2nd round then Sr Developer took the 3rd round, it was not up to the mark. I have given approx 8 - 9 rounds including F2F, Telecon, and Group discussions. After completing the process of too many rounds they sent me a congratulations mail and asked my salary slips and all the required documents and said your offer is under process. I sent all the docs and waited for the offer letter because I wasted too much time and money on these interview rounds. I sent follow up mail and tried to communicate with HR. But I did not get any positive response from them. I'm still wondering, why they scheduled my interview rounds? Why they waisted my time and money? Because they are still posting the same job on glass door, linked in and other portals. Thanks Suggestion: My dear tech writers, please do not attnd interviews in these kind of companies.
