Initial phone conversation, then technical test. The tech test is very generic and you are advised to take no longer than 2 hours. After submitting the technical test, I had to wait for more than a week and had to chase on my end for feedback. I received a generic response saying that I'm not being taken forward as other candidates had more relevant skills and also to keep an eye on our jobs board, sorry what? That is not feedback as promised: - where in the test can it be improved? - what did I do well? - suggestions for future? Complete waste of time, my CV lists all of my skills so why did it take until after the technical task to tell me this, I highly doubt my test was properly reviewed.
