Very scopeless. It was a discussion with the managing partner and another chap that wasn't even introduced to me. They didn't ask any questions about my experience, just about why I am looking to leave my current role and they repeated the same questions that were asked to me by the HR manager on the initial phone call. Later on I was told that they were looking for someone more senior. I find that a massive waste of time, given that they had my CV for a few good weeks and they were fully aware of my experience
