      The process leading up to the initial phone interview was great. Fairly quick turnaround after my application was submitted. Predictive Index and references were completed prior to interview. Any questions I had were addressed almost immediately by Farm Credit recruiting staff. Then came the phone interview, which was originally scheduled for a Monday morning, however, the interviewer had to call and reschedule the interview due to a scheduling conflict, even though the interview had been scheduled about three weeks prior. Not a huge deal. We rescheduled the meeting for 8PM Eastern Time. At the onset of the interview, it was clear in the interviewer's tone that she was not happy about having to conduct an interview so late in the day. She was very standoffish and unprofessional in nature. I certainly take accountability for some missteps I may have made in answering some of the questions, however, I felt as if the interviewer had a negative impression of me even before the interview began due to it being so late in the day. At the conclusion of the interview, she explained I would hear something back in a couple weeks. Two weeks passed...three weeks passed. Over a month passed before my status on Farm Credit Mid America changed. Prior to the status change, I reached out to the same recruiting staff I had been in contact with prior to the interview. Crickets. No response or acknowledgement of my correspondence at all. No reasons at all as to why I wouldn't be moving forward in the hiring process. While it appears this is probably a great place to work based on other reviews, there seems to be a lapse in communication somewhere during the recruitment process. Despite some blunders on my part during the phone interview, I felt I wasn't given a fair shake based on the negative attitude of the person conducting the phone interview from the start of the interview. For a company that claims to take pride in hiring veterans, I certainly didn't get that feeling from them at all.

      Met with RVPS and had an interview that involved about 10 separate questions. Also had a phone interview from the HR department and it was easier then the in person interview talked about the responsibilities and perks. .
