Attention top talent! Don't waste your time interviewing here with the Information Technology "Associate Vice Presidents" in place. They have no prior management experience whatsoever and weaseled their way into the positions they hold now. Their job is to keep their jobs and to do so, they will turn you down if you are anywhere close to being over qualified. Instead, they will take one open position and turn it into two open positions to further dilute job roles for the sole purpose of preventing new subordinates from over performing thus exposing their incompetence to the rest of the business. It's a shame that they aren't held more accountable with their current hiring practices that would otherwise allow greater talent to enter the company. FCMA - don't expect any significant progress or talent acquisition in these areas unless the management it is under is addressed immediately.
