There were many behavioral questions. I would say it is not laid back and very professional feeling. They read off a list of questions and listen to your answers while writing their thoughts on your answers. There is some engagement back on asking further questions into your answer.

First you apply, then you will receive a call from an HR assistant. Then, you will have an interview with a panel. There is also a personality test involved to determine what kind of job suits you.
