Interviewer did most of the talking as he tried to convince me that insurance sales was for me and that I would be great at it. this was a one way interview where I did very little talking and mostly listened.

Initial phone screen with recruiter and then a panel interview with 2 hiring managers at which time I did a mock sale. 2 managers were very nice. I knew the pay for the job was way below my prior experience but I wanted to explore something new. They told me I did great on the mock. Unfortunately like 99% of companies out there right now they ghosted me. I’m sure they were afraid I would leave after finding something with better pay, but a follow up email would be the professional thing to do. I reached out to the recruiter several times with no response.

A short 15 mintue phone interview, and then about a 45 minute in person interview. Both of the interviews were pretty laid back, mostly behavior based questions! The people that interviewed me were very nice!
