Traditional process. Not overly complicated. Typical. I believe that it is a 2 part interview process. They ask the typical and traditional interview questions that don't really dig in to much. I believe I had an interview that was a group interview with about ten to twenty people all in the same room at the same time. It was an interesting approach to an interview. You could see whom you were up against.

Recruiter call and pass off to hiring manager. Standard behavior questions. Roughly 5 questions and a follow up that. Opportunity to ask questions. At the end of the interview. Small panel of people. Cameras all on via teams meeting.
