During this time you are pulled into an office with two supervisors, it's pretty casual, they just want to see if your personality will fit in.

Phone interview with basic questions about myself, which lead to an in-person interview with a panel of three. The interviewers were very personable. I was given a few written questions to answer and then moved to a verbal interview. The questions were about my background, strengths, and weaknesses, conflict resolution abilities, etc.
