Short. I got a call from their recruiter after two days from submitting the application. Considering how much time other organizations usually take, the interview process was pretty fast but there wasn't any feedback. 3rd party agency will check your employment background. .

Interview was very in depth. I had phone and face to face within a few weeks. Management was not involved in the interview process. IT Department was on site, but outsourced to CSC off shore.
