Online resume submission then contacted by Actuarial recruiter, did a phone interview, a skills test ( at home, fairly straightforward for the most part) and then had an all day interview with 6 people in 3 different departments. Was taken to lunch by a couple of the fellow analysts who I would be working with.

I was asked to describe various descriptive statistics as if I were explaining them to a third grader.
Two rounds of interviews. First, over the phone (approx. 20 min) and a longer one (approx. 45 minutes). Took about a month for the entire process. Asked behavior questions, and a few technical questions.

I met a recruiter at my college who invited me to apply for an actuarial internship at Farmers. I had a phone interview, met my supervisor, and went to lunch with some of my colleagues. Overall it was a fairly relaxed interview.
