Whole process took 2 weeks from applying online to getting a phone interview but only 3 days from my face to face interview to get the job.
Very formal interview with myself, hiring manager and one other manager. They asked basic behavioral questions. This took about 35 minutes and then I set with an employee and was allowed to listen in on an actual customer call. This was about 15 minutes. I got the call the call from the recruiter 2 days later that I was offered the job. I officially start next month.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

I completed an application online, a few days later I got an email to schedule a pre-screen call. After the pre-screen, i received an invitation to schedule a virtual interview. Before the interview they gave me tips on what kind of interview i would have. The interview was easy going. They discussed what the job entailed and some benefits with working with Farmers. This portion consisted of me and another candidate. After the job presentation we broke off into personal interviews with 2 supervisors. They asked me about 6/7 STAR style questions. I had my interview on a Thursday and received an offer the following Monday.

The process was very quick and fair....this sounds like it's going to be just what I've been looking for! I will be working from home and no more traffic. My first interview was over the phone, then with a bigger group that we just learned about the company and had any questions answered; finally I had a one on one interview with two associates that were wonderful.
