Applied through Linked In. Received a call the following day from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Had the phone interview the following week. During the phone interview they first went over the position requirements, pay, and expectations. They proceeded with behavioral based questions. Then asked if I had any questions. This lasted about 30 minutes. I was then asked to come in for a formal interview with the hiring manager. The following week I went for my face to face interview. First met in the lobby with other potential employees. Where we were greeted by an employee that gave us a tour of the facility and then we took a typing test. After the typing test we were escorted to a conference room where we meet with 6 hiring managers where we all went around and introduced ourselves and was told more about the company and the position we were interviewing for. We were given an opportunity to ask questions and then split up with two hiring managers individually. They asked primarily behavioral questions. It was laid back and made you feel comfortable during the interview. Interview lasted about an hour. After the interview I was escorted to the front lobby by one of the interviewers. I received a call about 2 days later with an offer.
